Get It Louder! is a massive conference combining works of and talks on architecture, design, art, film and literature. Participants include Zhu Wen, Tom McCarthy, Ai Weiwei, Charlie Koolhaas, Han Dong, and Hari Kunzru.
September 26, 2-4 p.m.:
Panel discussion on writing other cultures from the inside out, with Huang Tulu, moderated by Eric Abrahamsen.
September 29, 3-7 p.m.:
Black Box: the writer works in the center cube, the translator works in the outer cube, and exterior screens side-by-side show their real-time writing to passersby. With any luck we'll all get arrested.
